Return Policy for Secondhand Books

At Tracy's Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying secondhand books online requires trust, and we're committed to transparent condition grading and quality service.

Return Window

You may return any book within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, books must be returned in the same condition as received. This means:

• No additional wear, marks, or damage
• All original packaging materials included (if applicable)
• Books must match the condition grade stated in the product description

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned book(s), we will:

1. Verify the book is in the same condition as sent
2. Process your refund within 3-5 business days
3. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at tracy@tracyodendaal.com with:

• Your order number
• The book title(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Damaged or Incorrectly Described Books

If you receive a book that is damaged in transit or does not match our condition description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
