Refunds and Returns

Whilst we always do quality checks and aim to ensure that your book is delivered neatly and in the best of conditions mistakes may sometimes happen.

Should you receive a book that is missing pages or damaged please take pictures of the book and contact us immediately to arrange for collection and replacement. This should be done within 2 -3 days after delivery.

If you no longer want your ordered book please ensure that cancellation is made within 48hours after order placement to ensure that a refund is possible.

After these 48 hours we prefer not to provide refunds for books which you may “no longer want” as your order will already be in process with our suppliers and we believe that every book ordered belongs in a place on the shelf. However, if you are sure that you no longer want your ordered book please contact us directly to discuss what arrangements can be made. Please note that should this be the case the return courier fees will be for your own account.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

All deliveries in South Africa are done through Fast Way Couriers and are made directly to your chosen delivery address. Fees are charged dependent on where this address may be, enter your province and town in the delivery address under the cart to get the shipping costs. All orders of R500 or more will be delivered free of charge to anywhere in South Africa.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped along with a tracking number and link for you to track the delivery of your order.

Currently delivery times are extended due to the impact of COVID-19 and may take up to 14 working days. We ask for your patience and assure you that we are doing the best that we can to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
